Summary
Calling all Electricians in Louth!
Platform Property Care have an opportunity for an Electrician to join the Programme team in Louth. It’s an exciting time to join us as are expanding and launching a brand new team to deliver Programme works, refurbishing and installing kitchens and bathrooms in Louth.
What could you be doing?
You will be part of a brand-new programme team delivering bathrooms and kitchen refurbishment and installations in Louth. You will thrive on giving great customer service, keeping jobs on track and possess the drive to make sure the work is completed to spec.
The role is varied, and no two days are the same! It’s a tough task and our expectations are high. In return you’ll have the support of a great team!
Some things we need from you
NVQ L3 Electrical Installation Served an apprenticeship in Electrical or obtained an equivalent NVQ L3 & City & Guilds L3 in Electrical installation, commissioning, and certification
18th Edition regulation
Sound experience in delivering a range of electrical work and services in a domestic setting
and
Experience of working for a Social Landlord, housing association or council
Experience of delivering complete installs of kitchens and bathrooms from start to finish
Experience of delivering multi-trade work
Good organisational skills
Experience of keeping jobs on track
The drive to ensure works are completed quickly and efficiently
Full driving Licence - a Van and Fuel card are provided
As you will be working within Customer’s homes this role requires a DBS check.
There is also the opportunity to earn additional from being on the out of hours rota as required.
This role is for a team based in Louth and the surrounding area so you will need to live close to or in this area.
