Frome College has an exciting opportunity for a Head of Modern Foreign Languages. We want to hear from you if you are a committed, dynamic, and innovative Modern Foreign Languages Faculty Leader or an experienced and aspiring Subject Leader looking for the next stage of your career. The successful candidate will have the ability to teach A-level Spanish and continue to support our commitment to A-level languages. You will be passionate about leading your team to achieve excellence in both attainment and assessment for all students– implementing and improving systems and raising overall standards. Opportunities for whole school projects will be available for outstanding candidates.
To be considered for the role you will be:
• An outstanding teacher and leader who is results driven.
• Enthusiastic and passionate about your subject - consistently teach inspirational lessons.
• Have vision, drive, and a determination to succeed.
• Are innovative, creative, enthusiastic – able to deliver results.
• Have good organisational and communication skills.
• Can create a learning environment which encourages inclusion and positive outcomes for all.
• A great sense of humour and ‘positive can do’ attitude
