Crynodeb

Core activities are likely to include, but are not limited to, the following:

Use and evaluate recruitment efficiency data to advise on and influence resourcing decisions;
Developing and owning the delivery of the resourcing plans for your allocated business areas, identifying and mitigating any resourcing risks/shortfalls;
Contributing to the department's brand and attraction strategy, thinking creatively about how vacancies are marketed;
Coaching and influencing hiring managers on diversity and inclusion practices throughout the recruitment life cycle;
Using exceptional communication skills to develop relationships and a sense of credibility quickly with senior stakeholders;
Leading on outreach activities such as delivering workshops for candidates, training for vacancy holders participating in careers fairs and managing partnerships with external job boards.

The ideal candidate would have the following key skills and experience:

Essential requirements

Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment, managing multiple priorities and tight deadlines.
Ability to communicate with confidence and influence decisions.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport at all levels, maintaining productive working relationships.
A proactive approach and a focus on continuous improvement of self and service, with an appetite to work with others to simplify processes and increase efficiency.
Ability to see the bigger picture and think strategically to feed into wider resourcing plans.
Commitment to delivering a high-quality service to customers, with high levels of professionalism.
Desirable skills

Previous experience in a recruitment or HR role.
Previous experience of working on outreach activities i.e. careers fairs, delivering workshops, utilising social media.
CIPD qualification and membership.
