Crynodeb
We are seeking a dedicated Cleaner to join our team. You will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in various settings throughout the shopping centre. Your attention to detail and thoroughness will contribute to creating a safe and pleasant environment for our clients and customers.
The shift pattern for this position is 3 x 10 hours shifts plus 1 x 5 hour shift per week. Times vary between 06:30 starts and 19:15 finish. Some weekend working will be required.
Responsibilities:
General cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming.
Cleaning and sanitizing public restrooms, including toilets, sinks, and mirrors.
Litter picking and spillage management in all areas.
Cleaning windows and other glass surfaces.
Following all health and safety regulations, including COSHH.
Providing excellent customer service throughout the centre to its customers and clients.
Key skills:
The ability to work effectively within a team environment.
The ability to demonstrate initiative when performing daily work tasks.
Good communication skills are essential to provide excellent customer service and to report effectively to supervisors or other team members.
Good time management – be able to complete tasks efficiently and within an expected timeframe.
Previous cleaning experience an advantage.
