The Best Connection are looking for Outbound call centre agents to start with our client based in Glasgow City Centre on a temp to perm basis.
Our client is looking for candidates who have either lived or worked in the following countries, to be able to understand our clients products and geographic areas you will be selling in.
America
Canada
Australia
This role will include: Outbound Dialler System Call handling with varies different clients Inputting details onto various different systems Sales KPI For this role you will need: Sales experience Call centre Inbound or Outbound calling experience Clear communication Shifts: Monday to Friday - Backshift 1pm til 9pm (Early finish on a Friday) Sunday to Thursday - Night shift 11pm to 7am (Early finish on Thursday of 3am) Additional £500 Bonus for Night shift After you have completed your training of three weeks based in their call centre in Glasgow, you will then be fully remote working.
Benefits & Requirements:
- Hourly rate as above (not age dependent)
- 28 days Paid Annual Leave pro-rata for PAYE (inclusive of statutory holiday)
- Ongoing Assignment
- Possible permanent position following a successful trial period
- Training Provided
