Here at AXA Health, we have a new opportunity for Process Improvement Analyst to join our growing team, on a full time 12 month FTC basis.
Reporting to the Design and Optimisation Maturity Lead, as a Process Improvement Analyst you’ll have two primary focuses. You’ll support the team with creative insights, research, and analysis as well as collaborating with senior team members and stakeholders to execute improvement projects and driving operational excellence. You’ll also support senior team members by contributing to the development of innovative business models, service blueprints, and market strategies.

What you’ll be doing:

Conducting market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights to inform Business Design and Optimisation projects.
Assisting with developing business models and strategic frameworks, contributing to the ideation and evaluation of new business opportunities.
Supporting the creation of service blueprints and customer journey maps, visualising end-to-end processes and interactions, to include identifying areas for improvement and collaborating on optimisation strategies.
Assisting with creating visualisations and presentations to communicate complex concepts and analysis effectively.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams supporting the achievement of project milestones.
Taking part in stakeholder meetings and workshops, gathering requirements and gaining a sound understanding of business needs.
Supporting senior team members in conducting data analysis and gathering insights for optimisation projects.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to document processes, workflows, and pain points as well as assisting in identifying areas for improvement and potential optimisation opportunities.
