Set within the 750-acre Estates, our Equestrian Department delivers high quality vocational teaching to learners keen to delve into the industry. Staff can use the top-class facilities including an International Indoor Arena, Champion Outdoor Arena and hacking to Puddletown Forest to Inspire learners studying on a range of course levels.
The ideal candidate will have a Level 3 qualification in Equine (or similar), a BHSQ Level 3 Coach or above and recent industry experience.
Candidates with relevant industry experience who do not hold a teaching qualification are encouraged to apply as Kingston Maurward will support you in gaining this qualification alongside the role.

The college doesn’t hold a sponsorship licence therefore we are not open to candidates who require sponsorship under the points-based system.

Status: Permanent

Hours: 37 hours per week Monday - Friday with the flexibility to meet business needs.

Salary: £23,325 – £30,749 per annum depending on qualifications, skills and experience.
