Your new role
The Accounts Assistant is responsible for the day-to-day tasks in the financial department. The role is focussed on the accounts payable function, processing and troubleshooting accounts and transactions to ensure that these are recorded appropriately and meet necessary compliance standards.
- Supplier statement reconciliation
- Receiving and recording invoices from suppliers
- Allocating and producing PO's
- Managing employee expenses
- Resolving queries from key stakeholders and clients
What you'll need to succeed
- Extensive experience in accounts payable
- High attention to detail
- Excellent stakeholder and communication skills with the ability to build solid relationships internally across the team and externally with customers and suppliers
