Purpose

Responsible for the delivery of administrative activities to support the employee and Organisational Development Lifecycle as per protocols, policy, and standard operating procedures.

Key responsibilities/ deliverables

Accurate and timely delivery of administrative tasks to support the full HR/ People Services lifecycle.
The timely triage, delegation, and resolution of customer enquiries using Service Now, providing advice to managers and employees where required.
Manage volume administrative activities to required timelines and expected service quality.
Run reports to support employee lifecycle monitoring, particularly in relation to training events.
Interrogate and update HR / people systems (Cornerstone & Resource Link) as required and in line with General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR). Such as the creation and updating of learning assignments and updating core employee details.
Support projects to deliver new initiatives within HR/People Services.

Hybrid worker with Ealing as an office base, working as part of the HR / People Support Team providing administrative support and guidance to internal employees and managers and the wider HR / People Service team.

Knowledge, skills and competencies Essential Desirable
Qualifications/training
Educated to GCSE level or equivalent in Math’s and English (Grades A*- C) A/I

Knowledge and skills
Experience of processing administrative tasks to support the delivery of the employee lifecycle from new starters to leavers. A/I
Experience of using computer systems for interrogating and updating of digital records A/I
Practical knowledge of Microsoft Office packages including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint A/I
Well organised with good attention to detail A/I
Strong communication (in all styles) and interpersonal skills A/I
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion A/I
Working knowledge of GDPR and processing employee related data A/I
Ability to managing volume administrative activities accurately and to required timelines A/I
Interest and experience in Learning and Development / Organisational Development A/I
