Commercial Insurance Account Handler - Motor Trade

About us
An account handler is required to join our team at our leading insurance brokerage based in Stockport on a full-time basis.
We are an Independent brokerage that has been providing Motor Trade insurance policies for over 15 years, and due to our continual growth, a new opportunity has arisen within our office. We have a fantastic team of 50+ Staff. You can expect an experienced and professional environment where ambition is seen as a strength.
Our business has gone from strength to strength and is now a well-known household name within the Commercial Insurance Industry.
Salary up to £35k + Bonus (Dependent on Experience) Working Hours are Monday-Friday 9am to 5.30 pm. We are looking for hungry salespeople who are target-driven and money-motivated.
Skills required
A strong insurance background - Motor Trade Ideally
Professional manner and approach
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
Self-motivated
Accuracy and attention to detail
exceptional attendance and punctuality
Excellent telephone manner, being able to network & build working relationships easily
good level of organisation skills
Drive and genuine passion to learn and develop within Insurance
Key Responsibilities:
providing renewal terms/ Retaining Clients
Arranging quotes
Work on all aspects of account management and service delivery to clients, ensuring client needs are identified and met in line with agreed service standards.
Maintain relationships with clients
supporting a designated client portfolio
Liaising with Insurers day to day
