We are seeking a passionate educator to take on a full-time, long-term role, nurturing students from Reception to Year 6. Role:
- Location: Bridgend CF36
- Pay: Starting at £157.66 per day (National Framework)
Overview: You will be responsible for leading classes ranging from Reception to Year 6, adapting your approach to meet the needs of diverse student groups. Your dynamic presence and ability to build rapport will be essential in fostering a positive learning environment for up to 30 students per class.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons, incorporating individualized learning plans where necessary
- Coordinate with Teaching Assistants to ensure effective classroom support
- Monitor and manage student behavior in alignment with personalized strategies
- Facilitate a supportive and inclusive atmosphere conducive to learning
Requirements:
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK, or equivalent
- Possess an Enhanced DBS on the update service (assistance available if needed)
- Registered with the Education Workforce Council (assistance available if needed)
- Demonstrates a proactive attitude and genuine passion for education
