Crynodeb
Wellbeing Connect Services is a charity in London with an excellent track record of providing quality services to black and ethnic minority families and professionals for nearly 25+years. Our primary aim is to relieve the hardship or distress of individuals and families including children who suffer or have experience of mental health issues, domestic violence or any other related ill health that has or could affect their mental, psychological, emotional, social or economic well-being.
As a Trustee you will have overall control of the charity and will be responsible for making sure it is doing what it was set up to do, you will be among those who lead the charity and decide how it is run.
We are particularly interested in hearing from people with expertise in Finance, IT, Health and Social Care, HR, Fundraising, Legal and Project Management, as we have room to develop these areas on the Board.
Previous Board/Trustee experience is not necessary. Life experience, volunteering, community involvement and passion are as valued as work-based knowledge and skills.
Whilst we would appreciate applicants from any background and age who feel like they would make a good Trustee, we value passion, dedication and those who are empathetic.
Meetings are normally held online although on some occasions, it will be held in-person
