About the Role
As an Education Manager, you will play a crucial part in improving educational outcomes and life chances for learners of all ages. You will contribute to the educational and social development of our young people, working as part of a collaborative team dedicated to providing the best access to education for all our learners.

In this role, you will:
• Identify and implement strategies to overcome barriers to learning.
• Manage time and logistics to ensure the team provides the most effective and efficient service.
• Work across a variety of services, ensuring no two days are the same.
• Utilize your own vehicle and be willing to work across all services on a daily basis.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement educational programs and strategies that cater to the needs of all learners.
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Collaborate with other educators and staff to support the educational and social development of students.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of educational programs and make necessary adjustments.
• Provide leadership and guidance to teaching staff, helping them to achieve their professional goals.

What We Are Looking For
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS): Essential for leading and managing educational programs.
• Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in helping others achieve their educational goals.
• Substantial Experience: Extensive experience in a teaching and/or learning management role.
• Curriculum Knowledge: Working knowledge of Functional Skills and GCSE Maths and English curriculums.

Desirable Qualifications
• Special Educational Needs (SEN) Experience: Experience working with children and young people with special educational needs.
• Social Care Experience: Experience working in a social care environment.
