We are looking for a talented Chef de Partie to join our team at Priors Court in Thatcham. Working with seasonal, fresh ingredients and creating custom meals that are constantly changing will delight you, and this role offers you the chance to showcase your creative flair and make a positive impact!

What will you do?
Be a kitchen star and plan all operations and training for the production team.
Direct the preparation, seasoning, and cooking of salads, soups, fish, meats, vegetables, desserts, and other foods.
Plan and price menu items, order supplies, and keep records and accounts.
Work on the range with the kitchen team to train, guide, and develop.
Monitor sanitation practices to ensure the employees follow standards and regulations.
prepare, produce, and present food to the highest standard.

What will you bring?
NVQ Level 2
Food and hygiene and health and safety certificates
Experience in menu planning and production
Experience in or exposure to bulk cooking
