Our client is seeking a seasonal Truck Manager to join their successful pizza trucks based on the popular harbourside of St Ives on Cornwall West coast offering a competitive salary and unmatched views.
• Salary £16 - £20per hour
• Plus bonus
• Immediate start
• Seasonal position till end of October
• Full UK driving license needed
Key areas of responsibility will include but not be limited to…
• Managing all day-to-day operations
• Deliver exceptional customer service
• Reporting to the owner
• Work closely with chefs
• Management of all staff
• Establish KPI’s, policies and schedules
• Manage staffing levels and Rota’s within budgets
• Food hygiene
• Health and Safety
• Staff training
Candidate Specification:
For this position,
We are seeking applications from candidates with strong previous experience in a similar position either cooking or management. We are ideally looking for a multi-skilled candidate with a strong understanding of managing similar operations as a chef or manager and that can hit the ground running.
We are ideally looking for a candidate who is able to demonstrate the following skills and experience…
• Previous hospitality experience either FOH or in kitchens
• Experience leading a team of up to 10 staff
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong leadership ability
• Able to work in an incredibly busy environment whilst maintaining high standards
Working hours will be varied and include weekends and evenings. This is a full-time permanent position, with a competitive salary.
Due to locations own transport would be essential.
