Job Title: Professional Lead for Education (Quality Assurance).

Location: RCN UKHQ

Tenure: 28 hours per week, Permanent

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced educationalist with significant expertise and experience in designing and implementing quality assurance systems and processes within an education setting. The role will require someone with good project management skills, who will work within the team delivering the RCN Group Education, Learning and Development offer across the UK. The role will lead the design and implementation of the quality assurance of the RCN group education and learning offer, using a range of approaches to education, curriculum development, product design and quality assurance/evaluation.

You will be an excellent project manager with significant expertise and experience in designing and implementing quality assurance systems to enhance the educational experience. You will also have a current and comprehensive knowledge of health and social care matters, with particular reference to nurse education.

The post holder will work as part of a wider learning and development team linking to RCN regional and country offices, as well as in RCN HQ in London.

Experience of virtual working is important as is being open to regular UK-wide travel that may be required.
