We have an exciting opportunity available for experienced support workers to join our agency and work alongside a dedicated team within a support setting in NG15.
The home provides support to service users both under and over the age of 65 who have learning disabilities.
Your role will be to aid the service user’s mobility and nutritional needs, whilst ensuring that their physical and psychological wellbeing is the utmost priority.
You will carry out activities with the residents that with enhance their quality of life. You will promote their independence and help them learn the necessary life skills.

To apply for this role, you must;
• Have 3 months experience within a similar care environment
• Have a checkable work history
• Have up to date mandatory training documents, Safeguarding Vulnerable Adults, Moving & Handling, and Infection Control. Should you not have up to date certificates we can offer online training.
• An in date enhanced DBS check. Should your DBS have expired we can offer the facility to arrange a new one for you.
• Fully vaccinated against covid-19
This is an ongoing position for work.
Flexible day shifts 07:00 to 14:00 or 14:00 to 21:00 between Monday and Friday.
Rate of pay for this role is £11.44 per hour
