A day in the life of…
As Front of House - Guest Service Manager, you will lead the Front of House operation, always ensuring the delivery of an exceptional guest experience and ensuring all customer enquiries and requests for bookings are dealt with promptly, courteously, and efficiently, always achieving the best revenue streams. You will also oversee all recruitment and continual development of the Front of House team ensuring departmental objectives for the team are set and feedback is provided on a regular basis.
Based in the Hampton by Hilton Stockton-On-Tees Hotel, you will be part of a team of passionate people who know that being the best doesn’t always mean working around the clock.
What do we need from you?
To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will have previous experience in a managerial or supervisory role in a branded hospitality environment. You will have experience as a duty manager, complaint resolution and managing a team.
Knowledge of using OnQ and Microsoft Office would be beneficial
