Crynodeb
£40 Million new build school which is a steel portal frame with external brick/blockwork, curtain walling, sports hall & pitches, car parking, associated facilities and infrastructure. Reporting to the Project Manager your main role and responsibility will be to oversee, monitor and control all subcontract packages from groundwork's through to internal finishings and M&E upon commencement, also including the overseeing of site management team including Site Manager and Senior/Site Engineer. Other duties will also include assisting with inductions, RAMS, RFI's, Health & Safety, permits, assisting both commercial and design teams with any issues as well as attending weekly client/subcontractor progress meetings, you will also be responsible for monitoring programme deadlines to ensure that timescales are achieved including issuing progress reports to senior management team.
Ideal candidate will be West Midlands based that has current/prior experience working for Tier 1 contractors on similar projects and values
Current CSCS Card, SMSTS and First Aid certificates will be a mandatory requirement as without these no application will be considered
