Can you use your interpersonal skills to work with customers and partner agencies to manage tenancies and estates? Are you highly organised, with the ability to plan, prioritise and work within a fast-paced environment? If so, we want to hear from you.
Charnwood Borough Council are seeking to recruit two talented Tenancy and Estate Management Officers to join our Team. We have one full-time permanent position and one full-time 3 year fixed-term contract position available. You will be dealing with all aspects of Tenancy and Estate Management including mutual exchanges, successions, breaches of tenancy and estate inspections.
This agile working role will include visiting customers in their homes to provide advice and guidance, taking appropriate enforcement action where necessary. You will have the flexibility to work from the office, work from home, and on site around our estates.
The successful applicants will also be subject to an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
