Crynodeb

CNWL is currently seeking a Training Coordinator for its 'Step-up' programme. Step-up is a programme designed to support individual NHS clinical staff as well as teams across the trust to design, deliver and evaluate training courses that will have an impact on staff development and patient care.

These courses are intended to be delivered to NHS staff outside of CNWL and to be income generating. This is an exciting opportunity to become involved in the further development of this unique programme that will also contribute to CNWL staff professional development and staff retention.

The role of Training Coordinator is a proactive one that involves engaging with individual clinical staff as well as clinical teams to identify opportunities and aspirations for developing new innovative and high quality training programmes.

You will be involved with engaging a wide range of clinical staff in brief educational initiatives to raise awareness of the availability of Step-up as well as initiatives to support staff and teams to devise, deliver and evaluate new training programmes both virtually and face to face.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a well established and highly successful psychological therapies training department with a view towards engaging a wide range of clinical staff to develop new and innovative training products.

The successful applicant may have contact with patients or service users. As an NHS Trust we strongly encourage and support vaccination as this remains the best way to protect yourself, your family, your colleagues and of course patients and service users when working on our healthcare settings.
• With the support of the Head of Department and and other administrative staff to identify Clinical teams and services across the staff who may benefit from engaging with the Step-up programme
• To raise awareness of the availability of Step-up and its resources to support in the design, delivery and evaluation of new training products
• To develop methods of programme evaluation and participant satisfaction to ensure that all Step-up programmes are experienced as high quality and high impact.
• With the support of the Head of Department and administrative staff, to manage and develop the Step-up website resource as a platform for both advertising and delivering high quality training products
