Licensing Support Officer
37 hours per week, temporary contract up to 24 months
NS5 £23,893 - £24,294 per annum

We are now recruiting for a Licensing Support Officer to join our Public Protection team.
In this role, you will support the Licensing team in matters relating to applications made with regard to the Licensing Act, Gambling Act, Hackney Carriage and Private Hire drivers and vehicles along with street collections, house to house collections, society and lottery registrations, animal boarding and breeding, riding establishments and all beauty and skin related licences.

You will have the ability to use your own initiative to solve problems, have excellent communication and organisational skills and be proficient with the use of IT. You will also have experience of completing administrative tasks and of local authority licensing.

You will possess 5 GCSEs a grade C of Level 4 or above or equivalent experience. You may be required to work outside normal office hours.
