Your new role
As the Testing Manager you will manage all testing governance for a large regulatory program in the bank where you will provide support for dry run production testing. You will not be hands on with testing, but coordinating/ managing it.
Key responsibilities include:
- UAT Test Management - running testing calls between tech, risk, and finance testing teams to facilitate issue remediation.
- Planning test plan cycles.
- Management reporting/ regulatory reporting for JIRA metrics.
- Test Planning/ Test Strategy as well as defect prioritisation.
What you'll need to succeed
- Vast test management experience in financial major/complex institutions (Tier 1 banks or Top 4 consulting firms).
- Recent investment banking - front office testing working experience is essential.
- Business Analyst/ Project Management background required.
- Risk, regulatory, governance reporting and auditing.
- Strong working knowledge of JIRA.
- Strong experience with UAT/ QA testing processes.
- Great communication skillset and stakeholder management skillset.
- Good abilityi in using MS Excel.
