HR&OD – Shaping our Vision and Workforce

As the HR Manager of the case management team you will play a pivotal role in transforming our HR operating model, reviewing and identifying opportunities to develop our procedures to address and resolve employee relations issues.

Our HR case management teams are dedicated to providing professional HR advice and expertise to managers within the Council and in schools, using a proactive approach to interpret employment law and internal policies. You will lead and develop our case management teams, ensuring they deliver high-quality, risk-based and timely employee relations advice and guidance to managers.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a Level 7 CIPD who comes with the resilience needed to work in a senior HR role. The successful candidate will need to demonstrate their ability to lead, review and transform an operational service and embed a high performance culture. Strong interpersonal skills are essential, including the ability to build and maintain positive working relationships across the Council and in schools.
