Finance Manager

Mid Wales

£35,000 + 4% Pension + 25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays

Monday to Thursday 8am to 5pm, Friday 8am to 1pm

Finance Manager required for a longstanding and successful design and manufacturing company. This is an ideal role for those looking to play an influential part in a professional and personable company.

To apply for the Finance Manager role, you need to have a strong background in finance and CIMA/ACCA qualified or equivalent, part of fully qualified will be suitable. You also need to be capable of carrying out other duties required such as HR duties, arranging insurances, vehicle finance along with any other adhoc tasks required in SME.

You will be responsible for all financial statutory and legal requirements and producing accurate and timely recording/reporting of financial transactions. In addition to the finance elements of the role you will carry out HR tasks within the company alongside any adhoc/admin tasks that maybe required.

The Finance Role in Brief:

• Complete all statutory & legal finance requirements
• Ensure accurate recording and reporting of financial transactions
• Oversee payroll
• Cash control and cash flow analysis
• HR activities – on boarding, training, interviews etc
• Work closely with other departments
• Carry out any other adhoc duties required

The Finance Role Required:

• Finance/management account background
• CIMA/ACCA qualified or equivalent, part of fully qualified
• HR knowledge
• Able to influence and lead a team
• Confident and wanting to carry out non finance aspects of the role
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
