We are a food production business, looking for a first point of contact to support our IT function
We are looking for someone who is resourceful, able to work independently and with the resilience to manage workload in a sometimes high pressure environment.
A practical aptitude is also necessary as the role will be focussed on providing first response support to our production environment. This will involve a mix of hardware (label printers for example) and software troubleshooting and resolution.
The role will report to the IT Manager
Commercial experience in some of the following is preferred:
Windows Server OS
M365 admin
Basic network troubleshooting
Setting up new PCs/phones
Ad-hoc cabling and hardware repairs
Being the first point of contact for IT issues
Personal attributes:
Very good spoken and written English
Competency in the use of Excel and other standard office productivity tools
An organised approach to workload management
