Responsible to: Headteacher/Senior Leadership TeamSt Edmunds Primary School are seeking a HLTA to join our team in September 2024 At St Edmunds compassion, high standards and expectations are at the heart of what we do. Children come to school and are valued for who they are and are developed in a loving, caring environment. We nurture every child to enjoy every new challenge in school and... to love, wonder and achieve together. The HLTA role will include working with all of our children across the school as well as working with colleagues to support the teaching of the curriculum. We are looking for a HLTA who will: • Become part of our supportive, welcoming caring school community • Work with a strong and enthusiastic team of staff who are committed to providing the very best for each individual in their care • Work with enthusiastic children who are eager to learn, have a positive attitude towards their learning and who enjoy coming to school • Be supportive of our Catholic ethos • Demonstrate consistently high expectations and excellent classroom practice • Take up excellent opportunities to develop professionally • Be committed to making a contribution to the wider life and ethos of the school We can offer you: • The support needed to continue your own professional development. • The opportunity to work with a close-knit, enthusiastic and hard-working team of staff who are committed to providing the very best for each individual in their care. • The opportunity to inspire our caring and highly-motivated children through engaging learning .
