Your new company
My client, a well known Scottish law firm, are seeking a motivated and skilled legal secretary to join a growing conveyancing team in the heart of Perth city centre. The ideal candidate will have at least 12 months of experience as a legal secretary in residential property and be familiar with conveyancing processes and procedures.
Your new role
You will be an experienced residential legal secretary comfortable with digital dictation and excellent typing speed and skills. Have document management experience with great attention to detail. Having knowledge of anti-money laundering laws would be advantageous. You will be able to work to tight deadlines efficiently and effectively. Proofread documents, generate invoices and coordinate administration processes on behalf of the wider team.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed, you will be motivated to join a top law firm which is currently in a period of growth and development. You will have previous experience working autonomously and have a keen interest in managing varied clients' portfolios.
