Crynodeb
Service Care Solutions is seeking a dedicated Ground Maintenance Operative to join our client's team based in Manchester. The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of grounds maintenance and litter removal duties, including but not limited to:
- Mowing
- Shrubbery reduction
- Litter bin emptying
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine grounds maintenance tasks efficiently and to a high standard.
- Ensure all litter bins are regularly emptied and surrounding areas are kept clean.
- Operate and maintain equipment used in grounds maintenance.
- Follow all health and safety guidelines while performing duties.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure the maintenance schedule is adhered to.
Requirements:
- Physically fit and capable of performing manual labor.
- Hardworking, reliable, and punctual.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently when required.
- Driving license preferred but not essential.
