Crynodeb
To provide dynamic clinical and managerial nurse leadership to the Inpatient Unit. The job is ward based and incorporates role modelling specialist palliative nursing. The model of care being patient centred, holistic, and quality driven. The post holder will be responsible for the management of nurse development including induction, mentorship, clinical supervision and facilitating practice based learning. As part of our Senior management team you will ensure the efficient and effective running of the unit including analysis of activity levels, use of human and financial resources and appraisal of staff performance. Your role will be to assist the Senior Sister with overall responsibility for the clinical and managerial nursing service, whilst ensuring the highest of standards are delivered.
