Summary

We are currently looking for a confident and efficient Personal Assistant to support the Principal of our Rainham Campus. You will also be required to work at other campuses when required.The role includes day to day administration, diary management and minute taking. You will play a key role in co-ordinating their calendars, work tasks and overseeing agendas and day to day administrative tasks. A key part of the role will be anticipating their needs in relation to the planning of their work schedules, and the forward planning of meetings and events. The Personal Assistant will act as a focal point for enquiries from internal and external stakeholders as well as staff and students.You must be able to plan and progress a programme of work to strict deadlines and have excellent oral and written communication skills. An excellent eye for detail and accuracy is paramount. You should possess proficient computer skills and an expertise in the use of software packages and applications, including the MS Office suite namely Word, Excel and Powerpoint. A willingness to work flexibly and to adapt quickly to changing operational needs is essential as you will occasionally be required to stay late.Closing date: 30th June 2024Interviews will take place week: w/c 8th July The closing date given is a guide only.
