Crynodeb
The completion of a referral and the installation of lifeline and assistive technolgy equipment for all client groups including elderly and other vulnerable people in a persons own home.
Taking confidential information handling bank details and payments.
Using IT systems to record information, update details and set and change any equipment setting
To provide visits within the customers home, to monitor and maintain all lifeline and assitive technology equipment.
To check on customers well being and liaise and refer to other agencies, partners and services if and when necessary.
To maintain and control all in coming and out going stock.
Check and monitor lifeline accounts which have fallen into arrears.
You should have good verbal and written communication skills, experience of working with the public, the ability to work on your own initiative, and as part of a team . You must be able to prioritise your work load while being flexible to meet the needs of the service.
Possession of a full driving licence is essential.
