The role of a Graduate Traffic Management Trainee:

We are excited to welcome a motivated and enthusiastic Graduate Traffic Management Trainee to our team. As a Trainee, you will have the opportunity to learn and work in all parts of our business, gaining valuable experience in traffic management operations.

Responsibilities:

- Traffic Management Exposure:You will receive comprehensive training in traffic management, including understanding roadworks, signage, and safety protocols.

- Project Support:Assist our experienced teams in planning and executing traffic management solutions for various projects.

- Collaboration:Work closely with our Highways, Utilities, and Rail teams to gain insights into their specific requirements.

- Learning Opportunities:Participate in workshops, site visits, and hands-on tasks to enhance your skills.

- Safety Focus:Prioritise safety at all times, ensuring compliance with regulations and best practices.

What good looks like:

- Educational Background:While a full graduation is not mandatory, a relevant degree (e.g., Civil Engineering, Transportation, or related field) is preferred.

- IT Skills: Microsoft Office and experience in AutoCad would be an advantage

- Enthusiasm:A passion for traffic management and a desire to contribute to safer roads.

- Adaptability:Willingness to learn and adapt to different aspects of our business.

- Strong Communication:Effective communication skills to collaborate with colleagues and clients.
