Our client is looking for several experienced retail staff in Leeds for a one off shift in Leeds, other shifts may be discussed as this is a pop up location

The perfect candidate will have experience working within a retail environment

Shift and salary

• Saturday 22nd June
• 07:00 to 19:00
• £11.44 p/h

Key Duties and Accountabilities (will include but not be limited to)

• Assist the Management team in delivering exceptional customer service
• Be prepared to work in a fast-paced busy environment
• Customer friendly
• Worked in retail previously
• Hanging items
• Merchandising
• Helping customers
• Problem solving and suggesting operational improvements.
• Ensuring health & safety and fire risks procedures are followed, taking appropriate action if hazards are identified. Reporting all accidents to appropriate persons.
• Communicating openly and honestly in the workplace.
• Operating within the confines of all policies and procedures as defined by the business and management.
• Effectively supporting the business transformation and implementing it at pace

Key Experience and Qualifications:

• Customer service / retail background
• Basic understanding of Math and English
• Previous experience in retail working in a busy environment
• Able to work on own initiative and as part of a team to deliver results

• Keen to learn, reliable and hardworking
• Good communication skills with the ability to build good working relationships
• Understands and demonstrates the culture and values of the business
• Forward-thinking with a positive attitude and keen eye for detail
