Crynodeb
Design and deliver clinical education programmes in response to training needs across the region. Act as a mentor to new and existing members of the clinical team overseeing induction, and training programmes Work alongside clinical colleagues to support confidence and competency in the skills required to perform their roles. Contribute to clinical operational activity in order to maintain up to date practice and demonstrate role model behaviours. Work alongside clinical colleagues to act as an assessor to sign off clinical competencies.
