Job description
An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Parts Advisor to join our busy Toyota & Lexus Aftersales Centre based in Isleworth.
REPORTING TO THE PARTS MANAGER YOUR DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:
Ordering, booking out parts, invoicing and taking payment
Dealing with any customer enquiries over the phone and face to face
To receive and identify all parts and goods deliveries
Assisting with parts stock check
Liasing with aftersales departments
Contact customers offering special promotions that are available from time to time
Pre-picking parts for those jobs pre booked into workshop / bodyshop
To satisfy and retain existing customers whilst developing new customer opportunities
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:-
Main dealer experience – minimum of one year
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Basic knowledge of vehicle layout function and location of parts
Excellent customer service skills
A checkable school / work history
