This Business Operational support manager rolewill cover Integrated services acrossEast Berkshire,the main work base being eitherMaidenheadorSlough. The role will report to the Integrated Services Lead and support the serviceswithbusiness andoperationaltasks. This will requiresomeone with good knowledge ofBusiness support tasks such ascollatingmonthlydata,monitoringservice performance,managing small projects within services,recruitment support, preparing for team meeting,as well as supportingwith the operational side, such ascoordinating the administration teams,RIOreferral management,overseeingappointment booking processes, staffing rotas/eRosteretc. Excellent IT skillarea must.


The Integrated servicesconsist ofanumber ofservices –The Assessmentand Rehabilitation Centre (ARC),Community Physiotherapy, Intensive Community Rehabilitation, Intermediatecareand Inpatient therapies-covering Windsor, Ascot, Maidenhead and Sloughand Bracknell.They areintegrated teamsincluding Nurses, Doctors, Physiotherapists,Occupational Therapists,Therapy assistants, and admin support.

• You’ll deliver an effectiveoperational andbusiness support service to theIntegratedCare services,which includes theAssessment and RehabilitationService, Community Physiotherapy, Intensive Community rehabilitation, andstaff withinthe Intermediate Care Services; STS&R and ICR,including diarymanagement,providing assistancein meeting service targets, offering operational leadership to the teamsviadelegatedsupervisory duties where appropriate.

• Working under guidance fromthe Integrated Services Lead,you’llsupport the implementationof policies and processesrelating to data systems, data collection and recording.
