Our client based in Liversedge is a leading name in the conversion industry and they are currently looking for Auto Electricians to joint their team.
Job Description: Our client is seeking skilled Auto Electricians to join their growing team. The ideal candidates will have a keen eye for detail, a passion for their craft, and the ability to work on a variety of electrical systems within van conversions. Working hours- Normal working hours: 08.00 – 16.30 with regular overtime (shift pattern including overtime can be agreed)
Key Responsibilities:
• Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring and components in various van conversion projects.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues, ensuring all systems function correctly.
• Fit and connect electrical systems including lighting, heating, air conditioning, and infotainment systems.
• Work with the design team to implement innovative electrical solutions in custom van builds.
• Ensure all electrical work complies with relevant safety standards and regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of all work performed and materials used.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely project completion.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as an Auto Electrician, preferably within the automotive or van conversion industry.
• Strong knowledge of automotive electrical systems and components.
• Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and blueprints.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
• Relevant qualifications in auto electrics or a related field.
