We are looking for; An inspirational nurse leader, who embraces values-based care, and who is committed to putting the patient first. Highly motivated with an engaging style and a passion for service improvement. Track record of leading and managing a service with a commitment to investing time and energy into the Hospital/Service Group and the wider Health Board. Has proven strategic leadership and up-to-date expertise in clinical quality governance and quality improvement. Extensive knowledge of complex and acute services including; staff management and change management. The interviews for this post will be held on 01.07.2024 & 02.07.2024.
