An exciting opportunity has arisen for a new post for a highly motivated and driven individual to join our passionate team of Allied Health Professionals, Administrators and Consultants at the Ealing Community Diagnostic Centre.
We are seeking an experienced Accreditation & Quality Manager for the brand-new Community Diagnostic Centre (CDC) due to open in July 2024.
The new facility located at Ealing Hospital will provide additional diagnostic capacity so patients can receive diagnostic tests including CT, MRI and ultrasound scans quickly using state of the art imaging equipment.
Being a key member of the imaging management team, you will develop, lead and advise on a programme to attain the quality standards for imaging across all modalities, and ensure they meet the accreditation requirements by supporting the modality leads. You will also ensure the implementation of Trust, Directorate and Departmental policies, procedures and standards as agreed by the Trust Board, Senior Management Team, monitoring and following up on any issues of non-compliance.

· To ensure all clinical physiological services across the community diagnostic centres gain and retain their Improving Quality in Physiological Services (IQIPS) accreditation.
· Develop and manage an effective Quality Management and Clinical Governance system for Division in accordance with Trust policies and QSI and IQIPS standards to ensure continuing accreditation and participation in appropriate external reviews.
· Develop and implement strategies for Imaging & Clinical Physiological Sciences to gain accreditation in line with the Trusts Clinical Governance programme and Clinical Risk Management System ensuring a consistent, Imaging and community diagnostic centre wide approach that will ensure the continual improvement of the quality of patient care and the patient experience.
· Monitor and co-ordinate the implementation of Trust Risk Management and Quality Assurance policies and systems ensuring a consistent and proactive approach to reduction of clinical risk, to promote clinical effectiveness and a safe and healthy environment in line with the Quality strategy.
