Based in Portlethen, working for a market leader in this part-time bookkeeper role, 25hrs per week.
25hrs, 5 hrs per day to suit your personal commitments (M-F role workable within core hours 8-5)
While the role is initially a temporary role, the hopes are for the right person to be hired on a temporary basis and thereby the role to be made permanent after a 4 week period.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Record day to day financial transactions and complete the posting process
- Sales and purchase ledger
- Complete tax forms
- Enter data, maintain records and create reports and financial statements
- Support monthly payroll
What were looking for:
- Proven bookkeeping experience
- Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting payable/receivable
- Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records
- Data entry skills
- Hands-on experience with spreadsheets (excel)
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
