Responsibilities:
● Proactively manage the administrative needs of the Executive team, including scheduling meetings, organising travel arrangements, and coordinating and ensuring delivery of meetings and events.
● Proactively assist with the preparation of documents, reports, and presentations, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
● Maintain confidential files and records, strictly adhering to data protection regulations.
● Serve as a main contact for both internal and external stakeholders, demonstrating outstanding professionalism and communication abilities.
● Contribute to determining and successfully implementing efficient systems and processes to streamline administrative tasks and enhance departmental productivity.
Requirements:
● A proven track record of providing administrative support in a fast-paced environment.
● Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
● Proficient in using office software, such as Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
● Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
● A high level of professionalism and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
