Summary


We are recruitingan administrator to support the work of the Children and Young People’s Integrated Therapies (CYPIT) team.This role is key to the running of Speech and Language Therapy, Occupational Therapy and Physiotherapyservicesfor children and young people.If you are a highly organised,efficientand capable administrator with a passion for supporting children, youngpeopleand their families, this is the role for you!


This role is basedatFir Tree House, Upton Hospital, Slough. 30 hours per week (part-time, permanent role).

• You will contribute to the administrative support that underpins the work of the CYPIT (Children and Young People’s Integrated Therapies) service.
• You need todemonstratethat you have excellent communication and people skills, empathetic and supportive telephonemannerand an ability to work within a team.
• You will need to be proficient in the use of IT, using Microsoft Excel, Word,Powerpointpackages and be a quick learner. Knowledge of NHS systems, i.e.RiOis desirable.
• You will be expected to act as an ambassador for our service and be calm and confident dealing with challenging situations, as well as collaborate with therapists and assistants across a multi-disciplinary team communicating with various parties to ensure that we deliver a seamless service.
