Oldham Total Care is a Residential Nursing Home located in Chadderton in Oldham. We are looking for a HR, Payroll and Training Co-ordinator, this a full time role but part time/flexible working will be considered.

The postholder will co-ordinate the recruitment process; placing adverts, monitoring vacancies and applications and ensuring all required checks are carried out. They will also develop and maintain accurate records, work closely with Payroll to ensure the HR & Payroll system (Sage) is kept up to date. They will also support managers with a wide range of people management activities including training administration, induction and absence management

Applicants must demonstrate

Experience in Payroll, HR or recruitment with well developed administration skills
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work as part of a team and independently
Excellent attention to details and strong organisational skills
