Job Title: Nursery Practitioner (Level 2/3)

Salary: £12.83 - £14 per hour, based on experience and qualifications

Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and supervise educational and recreational activities that support children’s development.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in your care.
• Maintain accurate records of children’s progress and development.
• Foster effective communication with parents, providing regular updates on their child's progress.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to create a positive and supportive team environment.
Qualifications:
• A Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare (or equivalent).
• Previous experience in a nursery or early years setting is preferred.
• Strong understanding of child development and early years curriculum.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A genuine passion for working with young children and supporting their development.
