Crynodeb
Purpose To assist in the delivery of care activities in the child/young person’s own home and in the community following an intensive training programme and competency assessment. Staff may work unsupported following assessment with the support of Clinical Case Manager. Has responsibility for the induction and development of new staff, under the direction of the Clinical Case Manager. To be flexible to work unsocial hours, including night duty over a 24 hour period, 4/5 week rota pattern including weekends and Bank Holidays Please see attached job description and person specification for further details.
