We are recruiting for a Volunteering Community & Outreach Coordinator to provide administration support to a range of volunteer led-services. These services offer essential support to people who are discharged home from hospital, and frail elderly people at risk of falls. You will provide detailed support to a group of highly engaged and skilled volunteers. We are looking for a confident administrator who is not afraid to take on new challenges. You will be joining a dynamic team who work with over 300 volunteers making a difference to patients, staff and the way our hospital is run.
The Community & Outreach Volunteering Coordinator will provide the administration support to underpin the suite of Volunteering Community & Outreach Volunteering Services: Discharge Support Service, Gentle Movement Volunteering, EDDM Volunteering, Community Exercise Service and Community Rehabilitation Volunteering Programme. They will also provide ad-hoc administrative support to the Carers Clinical Liaison Service and Bereavement Support Service where volunteering supports the delivery of these services.
