As a Junior Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth delivery of our projects, managing client expectations, and protecting our commercial interests.

As a Junior Project Manager, you will:

- Collaborate with architects, contractors, business managers, designers, carpenters, and site crews.

- Follow and apply procedures in a constantly changing environment.

- Record meetings, conversations, decisions, and instructions accurately.

- Think logically and laterally to find solutions and communicate them clearly.

- Understand and interpret contracts, architectural, and construction drawings.

- Ensure the highest standards of work and safety on-site.

- Survey sites before delivery and inspect work at key stages to completion.

- Manage and communicate safe systems of work for our site teams.

Technical Skills:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

- Ability to read, interpret, and process technical information and drawings.

- Excellent attention to detail and quality control.

- Strong communication skills to explain technical information clearly to clients and colleagues.

Experience and Qualifications:

- Experience in Construction Management is preferable but not essential for trainees.

- HNC (Construction) and SMSTS qualifications are beneficial, but we offer support to obtain these.

- Interest in Green Oak Framing, Timber Framing and Modern Methods of Construction.

- Support to obtain HNC (Construction) Level 4 qualification.

- SMSTS qualification and training as an Appointed Person for Mobile Crane Lifting Operations.

- A six-month probation period with mentorship from a senior project manager.
