FM Conway is now looking to recruit a Part Time Customer Service Advisor to work within our Aggregate and Asphalt division, based from our head office in Sevenoaks. This is a part time, permanent role working Monday to Wednesday 08:30-17:00 and Sunday 7:00am- 12pm.
Responsibilities of our Part Time Customer Service Advisor
-Accurately receiving and processing orders
-Responding to customer enquiries in a timely and professional manner
-Maintaining excellent customer service and effective communication in order to meet service delivery standards
-Building and maintaining relationships with our customers as well as our internal distribution, commercial and administration team
-Ensuring compliance with the service level standard
What we are looking for in our Part Time Customer Service Advisor
As our Part Time Customer Service Advisor, you will be confident on the phone, comfortable working within a fast paced environment and able to work well within a team. Peak times will include dealing with calls, emails and orders therefore, you will need to have a positive hands-on approach. Experience in customer facing roles as well as experience with dealing with a high level of calls is desirable however not essential.
