Crynodeb
Job Summary This is a clinical post that will in involve provision of high-quality inpatient and outpatient care for adults with arrhythmias, including referral and outreach services to linked hospitals. There is a strong focus on the treatment of Inherited Cardiac Conditions The post holder will be able to contribute to the management and development of the clinical service and will be integral in supporting and developing the Clinical and Research programme for EP and ICC. Nature of Appointment and Hours of Work This is a full-time (10 PA) appointment. It is anticipated that all consultants will continue to work as a team to cover the clinical service. Continued rapid expansion of the Devices/EP service may require consideration of an increase in the number of PAs worked, however this would only be by mutual agreement between the post holder and the Clinical Director of Cardiovascular Services and subject to the usual job planning process. As part of a Directorate-wide approach to management of waiting lists, you may be required to work at weekends to help reduce waiting times.
